Inside Sales Representative

Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative is a key relationship-builder and brand ambassador for SpeedPro Oklahoma City North. This role blends sales, customer service, and account management to create outstanding experiences from first conversation to final delivery. You’ll work with new and existing customers, turn ideas into solutions, and ensure every order is handled with care, accuracy, and pride. Success in this role means growing profitable sales, building long-term customer relationships, and consistently delivering service worthy of a 5-star review.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $27,000–$42,000 annually (paid bi-weekly)
- Commission: Monthly commission based on eligible sales and margin requirements
- Exempt Position: Not eligible for overtime pay
- Salary increases are at the discretion of ownership; earnings growth is primarily commission-driven
Required Qualifications
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- A genuine desire to help customers and solve problems
- Comfort with order entry systems and basic computer applications
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying organized
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in printing, graphics, signage, or visual communications
- Inside sales or account management experience
- Familiarity with CRM or order management systems
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Respond to inbound inquiries with energy, professionalism, and urgency
- Follow up on new leads and guide customers through a consultative sales process
- Grow revenue within assigned customer accounts
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining required profit margins
Customer Experience & Service
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service from first contact through order completion
- Communicate clearly with customers about timelines, expectations, and solutions
- Resolve questions or concerns promptly and professionally
- Support and encourage positive customer feedback and 5-star online reviews
Account Management
- Manage assigned customer accounts within the Corebridge order system
- Ensure customers are properly assigned to the correct salesperson or House Account
- Build trusted, long-term relationships that lead to repeat business
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell SpeedPro products and services
Order Processing & Systems
- Accurately enter orders into the Corebridge system
- Ensure correct salesperson assignment for commission eligibility
- Monitor order progress and collaborate with production to meet commitments
- Confirm full payment collection to qualify sales for commission
Teamwork, Marketing & Support
- Assist the owner and team with developing marketing and promotional plans to help promote SpeedPro products and services
- Support production or installation efforts as needed to help the team meet commitments (this will be minimized and is not a primary function of the role)
- Work collaboratively with production and leadership to deliver great results
- Represent the SpeedPro brand with professionalism, positivity, and integrity
- Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and operational procedures
- Take ownership of results and continuously look for ways to improve
- Other duties as assigned
Benefits & Time Off:
- Eligibility for benefits after a 90-day introductory period
- Paid Time Off (PTO) accrued at 4 hours per month
- PTO carryover allowed, with a maximum accrued balance of 120 hours
- Eight paid company holidays (based on an 8-hour workday)
- Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., one-hour unpaid lunch
- Performance reviews conducted twice annually (January and June)
