Full job description

LCC seeks a commercial construction superintendent with 5+ years of field experience as lead superintendent. This position requires the candidate to direct and monitor the progress of construction activities while maintaining safety, schedule and budget requirements. This position requires technical and administrative skills along with the ability to be organized. Candidates must have a construction education and/or verifiable construction experience in commercial construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project start-up.
• Advise PM of circumstances and issues that will have a significant impact on the project schedule.
• Work with the project management team , track job progress and costs.
• Document issues that impact the project schedule or will impact project budget and assign resolution to appropriate individuals.
• Maintain daily reports in accordance with company policies and procedures that accurately describe project status.
• Verify accuracy of drawing plan measurements of floors, walls, ceilings, etc using Procore.
• Meet daily with subcontractors to ensure daily schedules and task lists are understood.
• Continually enforce safety policies and procedures.
