Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, reliable Front Desk Agent to provide excellent customer service to our guests. This position is responsible for checking guests in and out, handling reservations, and ensuring each guest has a positive experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Check guests in and out of the hotel

• Answer phones and handle reservations

• Process payments and maintain accurate records

• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally

• Follow hotel policies and procedures

• Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and organized

• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience preferred (hotel experience a plus)

• Strong communication and computer skills

• Dependable and punctual

• Able to work weekends and holidays

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Job Duties Include:

• Set up and maintain the breakfast area
• Prepare and restock food and beverages
• Keep the kitchen and dining area clean and organized
• Provide friendly customer service to guests
• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards

Requirements:

• Morning availability (early shifts) Dependable and punctual
• Friendly attitude and good customer service skills
• Able to stand for long period up to 4-5 hours and lift light items
