At Dunkin’, we’re looking for reliable, energetic, and motivated team members to help prepare our famous baked goods fresh each day. As an Overnight Baker, you play a vital role in delivering the quality and consistency our customers expect and love.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of donuts, bagels, muffins, and other baked goods according to company recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

• Prior baking or kitchen experience preferred (but not required – we will train the right person!)
• Ability to work independently and efficiently during overnight hours.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player!
