POSITION: Student Services Secretary

CAMPUS: Drumright Campus

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Assist with the daily operations in the student services office. Assisting with student records, filing, answering telephones and other secretarial duties as required.

RESPONSIBLE TO: Campus Director

SKILLS REQUIRED: Excellent human relations skills. Record keeping skills. Excellent telephone technique. Accurate keyboarding skills. Proficient in computer applications.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Receptionist/switchboard operation/clerical/computer experience helpful. Experience dealing with the public.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or G.E.D. Technical skills training in general office procedures, computers, office management, or business courses preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Ability to project and maintain a positive and professional image through participation in staff meetings, in-service education, and selected professional growth meetings, trainings, and activities. Must uphold the policies and procedures of the Central Tech Board of Education. Mature, discreet, responsible, work well under pressure, self-starter. Must possess and maintain a valid Oklahoma Driver’s license.

STARTING DATE: February 3, 2025

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 12-month contract – Non-Certified/Non-Exempt
