PAYNE COUNTY SUMMER SHOPPING PASSPORT

HOW IT WORKS

Customers pick up a Passport and visit participating businesses throughout Payne County to collect stamps. Completed passports are entered to win prizes—encouraging repeat visits, longer stays, and more spending locally.
