All Seasons Hospice staff members at both our Tulsa and Muskogee locations believe that your loved one is a unique and important individual who deserves to be cared for with respect. Seasons staff members work together to ensure our patients' needs are met. Our talented nurses, aides, social workers, physicians, and volunteers make sure that your loved one is as comfortable as they can be. We are dedicated to serving the northeast Oklahoma community, our patients, and their families and friends. That’s why both our Tulsa and Muskogee locations offer free grief counseling and bereavement services for up to 13 months after a patient’s passing. Seasons Hospice opened its doors in 1998. Since then, our organization has expanded into Muskogee, Oklahoma and we are proud to continue our tradition of commitment to the needs of the Northeast Oklahoma community. Our talented staff members are dedicated to their faith, their work, and their connection to patients. Seasons Hospice is more than a business. For over 21 years, we have gone above and beyond the traditional hospice care standards in the Tulsa and Muskogee areas and beyond. We are always working towards new achievements and certifications. Choosing a hospice care provider for your loved one is a huge decision that can stir up a lot of painful emotions.
During our 20+ years of experience in the Tulsa and Muskogee area, we’ve learned that those seeking end-of-life care have two common fears related to passing on — the fear of pain and the fear of being alone. In our conversations with caregivers, we’ve learned they are afraid that choosing hospice means giving up on their loved one or even hastening death. We are here to ensure you that this is not the case and to help guide you through your loved one’s hospice journey.
Medical care is provided by our palliative care team who creates a customized pain management and end-of-life care plan for each of our patients. Patients who fear being alone will find comfort through our dedicated care teams. Additionally, caregivers can share their burdens with a team of compassionate professionals, so they can experience peace and cherish each moment they have left with their loved one.
