Cushing Chamber Leadership Cushing 2022

Please fill out the Leadership Cushing application in its entirety.  Deadline to submit application is March 23, 2022 by 5 pm.  For Employer signature of approval, please have Employer email manager@cushingchamber.org with approval.  

Tuition is $350 for Members of the Cushing Chamber, and $450 for Non-Members of the Cushing Chamber.  All Tuitions are Non-Refundable and are due by March 25, 2022 at 5 pm, once applicant has applied.  Tuition may be paid through the LC 2022 event page registration, or may be invoiced to the applicant's business, if a member of the Cushing Chamber, by clicking "Invoice Me" on the registration page.

Cushing Chamber member employers/employees will receive automatic entry into the LC 2022 Class, up to 10 people.  Once the limit of 10 has been reached, LC 2022 applications will be closed.
