Your Application should be completed no later than Sept. 3.  If downloading a hard copy, please have the printed copy to Mr. Peeper no later than Sept. 3.  

PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM:  

To identify young individuals who have demonstrated leadership qualities to help further develop that potential.  To provide educational activities which familiarize participants with community needs, opportuntiies, problems and resources available within the community to overcome their problems.  To give participants a true pictures of our community.

Please complete form and return to Mr. Peeper prior to the deadline noted below.  Applications must be completed and submitted no later than Sept. 3.
