WECLOME THE START OF THE NEW YEAR TOGETHER!
The Cushing Chamber 95th Annual Awards Banquet is our Membership's Annual Awards Banquet/Gala, where we come together to celebrate the past year and lift up our Members who have done outstanding work in the past year for and in our community. We also celebrate the upcoming year with the passing of our Board of Director's Chair gavel; thank our past year Board of Directors that are terming out; welcoming our next year Board of Directors; and look forward to the upcoming year of growth and prosperity for our business community in Cushing, OK.
The Cushing Chamber Annual Banquet is also a fundraiser for YOUR Cushing Chamber. Funds are poured right back into our Members throughout the year, with programs, trainings, committees, Member benefits, and in particular, helping new small businesses get on their feet during their first couple of months open.
Your Cushing Chamber has a lot to celebrate with our Membership. 2021 was a fantastic year, and 2022 is looking to be even BETTER!

THE BANQUET/GALA:
As you may have noticed, we are changing things up a bit with our Annual Awards Banquet, in celebration of our 95th Year, as well as to celebrate one of our biggest success story Members, Godofredo's Pizzeria & Tap Room and The Dunkin Theatre, both opening in late 2021. Both businesses will be closed to the General Public for our Annual Awards Banquet night. Everyone needs to arrive at the Dunking Theatre by 5:30 pm or shortly there after; we will be rotating tables throughout the evening to move everyone through Godofredo's as efficiently as possible, so everyone can enjoy the entertainment, Networking, and Cocktail Hours at The Dunkin Theatre to the fullest extent before the main program at 7:30 pm.
In order to accommodate all Banquet Attendees, we are breaking up the dinner and entertainment/cocktail Hour into two different Rounds. HOWEVER, Please keep in mind that we will be keeping the tables rotating throughout the two hours, so your group could be seated for dinner at your table anytime between 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm, regardless of your choice of Ticket Round. :

There is limited seating in Godofredo's. Each Ticket Round is limited to 120 seats for dinner at Godofredo's. For sponsorships, you will choose your Ticket Round(s) for your Sponsorship tickets. Your tables & theatre seats will be together and all sponsorships will receive priority seating at all portions of the evening. Sponsors can also break up their tickets into both rounds, if needed.
NEW INFORMATION: EVERYONE, regardless of chosen Ticket Round, NEEDS TO ARRIVE AT GODOFREDO'S/THE DUNKIN THEATRE BY 5:30 PM OR SHORTLY AFTER. If you choose the 5:30 pm ticket round #1, you can come to Godofredo's for dinner as early as 5:00 pm to eat. When you are done, you and your group will then go over to the Dunkin Theatre and your table will be opened up for the next group in the 6:30 pm Ticket Round #2; therefore, even though you may choose dinner round at 6:30 pm for your group, you may receive a text or email that your table is ready ANY TIME BETWEEN 5:30 PM AND 6:45 PM. A main contact for your group needs to provide your CELL PHONE NUMBER or Email address if you receive email notifications on your phone, when you register on the registration page. For your additional attendees, please repeat the main contact's phone number in the required space.
We are going to keep the dinner tables rotating throughout the two hours; while you wait on your text/email that your table is ready for your group, your group will be in The Dunkin Theatre enjoying the Entertainment, Networking, and Cocktail Hours.
For Individual Registration, all of your additional attendees will be in the same ticket round. However, table seating together for Individual registrations of 4 or more is not guaranteed; Sponsorship seating will receive priority. Individual Registrations will also be in the General Seating area in the Dunkin Theatre and will not have reserved seating. Please remember that we will be keeping the tables rotating throughout the two hours, so your group could be seated for dinnner at your table anytime between 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm, regardless of your choice of Ticket Round.
THE 5-STAR MENU @ GODOFREDO'S:
All Dinner Tables will receive this menu when seated, and will have full wait staff service. Choices will be made during your normal ordering time. Please be sure to tell your Wait Staff of any allergies, etc., when ordering.
ENTERTAINMENT DURING COCKTAIL HOUR:

The Entertainment for the evening at The Dunkin Theatre during the Cocktail Hours will be DUELING PIANOS AND A DUELING DRUMMER! This is an amazing performance and it is extremely interactive and engaging; so be sure to bring some CASH to get them to play the songs you like, or to make them DUEL for the best song! It is so much fun! All tips/duel cash tips will be donated to the Cushing Chamber!
AFTER SHOW:
After the banquet, you are welcome to stay at Godofredo's, invite some friends to meet you, and enjoy the Dueling Pianos and Dueling Drummer some more! It is quite the experience that you won't want to miss! The doors will be open to the public after our program for the After Show at Godofredo's.

Business Casual or TO THE 9'S... Business Suit, Cocktail Dress, Evening Gown, Suit & Tie, Jeans with a Jacket... Whichever makes you comfortable, we want you to wear it!
