Did you know that people will only do business with those that they LIKE, KNOW, AND TRUST? The Cushing Chamber Speed Networking Luncheon is a great way to build your KNOW, LIKE, AND TRUST portfolio for your business or to build your personal professional network.

Have you ever done "Speed Networking"? If not, this luncheon is going to be a great time to check it out! This is a fun, fast-paced way to meet other CCoC Member Business Young Professionals and make connections in our community for your personal and professional portfolio. 

HOW DOES "SPEED NETWORKING" WORK? 

Speed Networking is just like what it sounds like: Very fast networking! One row of seats will stay stationary, while the opposite facing seats will move down one seat every 3 minutes. Each set of 2 people have 3 minutes to exchange contact information/business cards; answer the given questions to each other; and make a connection. After the 3 minutes is up, you move to the next seat if you are in the moving line-up of seats, or stay stationary if you are in the stationary line-up of seats, and someone new will be in front of you that you will have another 3 minutes to meet.

Speed Networking events are extremely popular in the Business world, especially for Young Professionals. This is a fun and quick way to meet several young professionals in a very short amount of time.

CUSHING CHAMBER YOUNG PROFESSIONALS (YP): 

The Cushing Chamber Young Professionals Program is for those that own or work for a business in our  membership that are between the ages of 21 - 45 years old.  

The CCoC YP Program offers many opportunities to expand and grow your professional network with After Hours (YP only Business After Hours) and Before Hours (YP only Coffee & Connections) ; different programs to help grow and strengthen your professional development, leadership development, and business development through different programs and events; and much more.  Young Professionals in the workplace are extremely important and valuable parts of the future growth and success of our business environment in Cushing, OK and surrounding areas.  We want to help create a great place for Young Professionals to Live and Work while raising their families in Cushing.  

Want to help develop and plan the Cushing Chamber Young Professionals Programming and Events?  Join our Young Professionals Committee that meets on the last Tuesday of every month at a different CCoC Member restaurant from Noon - 1 pm.  Email Tracy@cushingchamber.org or call the Cushing Chamber office at 918-225-2400 to get more information and/or be added to the committee.  


The Cushing Chamber Young Professionals Program will be going on hiatus due to lack of participation.  We will re-evaluate the program in 2023 to see if it is beneficial for our Membership to bring back!  Please let Pres. & CEO Tracy Caulfield know your thoughts about it by emailing her at: Tracy@CushingChamber.org.
