The March Business After School Reception will be March 28 2022 at 4 pm in the Chamber Board Room.  Make plans to join us and congratulate the February Honorees!  Want to support this amazing program?  Click the Registration button to the right and sign up for a sponsorship.  

We love our partnership with Cushing Public Schools with our Business After School Program!  This partnership has been going on for over 25 years, and our business community appreciates our local teachers, support staff, and Senior Students at Cushing Public Schools.  We hope to continue this partnership program and show that appreciation for many years to come. We have an amazing, one-of-a-kind school system here in Cushing; it is the PEOPLE within CPS that help make it that way.  THANK YOU to everyone at CPS, and THANK YOU to our business community for supporting this program. 

It's that time of year again where we honor the best of the best in Cushing Public Schools! 

On the last Monday of October, November, January, February, March, and April, we partner with Cushing Public Schools to honor a: 

  • Teacher of the Month 
  • Support Employee of the Month 
  • (2) Senior Students of the Month (a boy and a girl)

Cushing Chamber Membership and the Cushing Chamber of Commerce reward these amazing Cushing Public Schools employees, teachers, and students with a goodie bag FULL of gift cards; swag; Girl Scout Cookies; and lots of other fabulous goodies.. BECAUSE THEY DESERVE IT! 

Each "of the Month" also receives: 

  • Recognition on the Cushing Chamber website and social media channels and through the CPS social      media channels; 
  • a framed "Of the Month" honoree certificate; 
  • a reception with family, friends, and co-workers every last Monday of the above mentioned months at the Cushing Chamber office; 
  • ...And much more!

Both September and October Honorees will be honored during the October Reception. 

The "Of the Month" recipients will be announced at CPS schools and on the Cushing Chamber website & social media channels a week before the reception. We LOVE partnering with CPS for this amazing program honoring the BEST of the BEST at Cushing Public Schools!

If you would like to donate swag, gift cards, or something else fantastic for the "Of The Month" goodie bags, send us an email or give us a call at the Chamber office to arrange drop-off or if you need for us to come pick up the goodies. We will need 28 of each item for the full year of "Of The Month" honoree Goodie bags. 

If you would like to sponsor gift cards to a local Member restaurant or retail store, we will attach your business logo to the gift card. All sponsors of any level/kind will be listed on all "Of The Month" framed certificates; will be mentioned at all receptions; some will have logos on poster board displayed at all receptions; and all sponsors will be listed in all Business After School marketing done on website and social Media channels.
