ROUND 1:  7:30 AM REGISTRATION; 8 AM SAFETY MEETING; 8:30 AM ROUND START
ROUND 2: 10:30 AM REGISTRATION; 11 AM SAFETY MEETING; 11:30 AM ROUND START
ROUND 3:  1:30 PM REGISTRATION; 2 PM SAFETY MEETING; 2:30 PM ROUND START 

RAFFLE WILL BE AROUND 1:00 PM - $30,000 IN HUNTING SUPPLIES IN RAFFLE!  Items will be listed on this page soon.

MUST BE A SPONSOR IN ORDER TO PLACE A TEAM - If you were a sponsor of the Golf Tournament in June or any of the other events in June, you are eligible to enter teams into the 2024 clay shoot tournament.

THIS REQUIREMENT HAS BEEN DROPPED!  ENTER YOUR CLAY SHOOT TEAMS TODAY BEFORE ROUNDS 1 & 2 ARE FILLED UP!  Both rounds are about 65% full.

Credit card payments through our online registration is accepted; all sponsorship and team prices include credit card processing fees. 

All sponsorships and teams are non-refundable and payment is due upon receipt of invoice.  All invoices must be paid before the Clay Shoot tournament, Sept. 19.  

50% of funds after all bills are paid go towards the Pipeline Crossroads of the World Scholarship Program. CLAY SHOOT TOURNAMENT

SPONSORSHIPS & TEAM ENTRIES NOW OPEN AS OF APRIL 1, 2024.

Sponsorship Deadline:  August 30, 2024 to guarantee advertising avenues associated with sponsorships 

Team Entry Deadline:  September 18, 2024

The Clay Shoot Tournament has 72 teams in three rounds on Thursday. Safety Trainings for the rounds start at 7:30 am, 10:30 am, and 1:30 pm.  The Tournament is set-up at Skull Creek Sporting Clay Course, North of Cushing, OK.  There are close to $30,000 worth of raffle items: guns, custom-made knives, and other hunting equipment.  Raffle tickets are purchased at the Clay Shoot tournament or through our website event page registration.  Clay Shoot Tent Sponsors can have tents to cook breakfast and/or lunch at the tournament, talk to the shooters, and pass out swag.  The shooters consist of the same line-up as the Golf Tournament:  local employees from our participating Pipeline terminals, their corporate execs and their customers, and other Oil & Gas direct supplier sponsors.  This is a fantastic opportunity to get in front of 148 of the team players and tell them more about your business.  Oil & Gas Suppliers must be a sponsor in either the June Network Mixer; Golf Tournament; and/or Clay Shoot tournament in order to place team(s) in the tournaments.  Teams in the Clay shoot are a separate cost; no Clay Shoot sponsorships include the cost of placing a team in the tournament.

3 Rounds: Round 1 starts Registration at 7:30 am; Round 2 starts Registration at 10:30 am; Round 3 starts Registration at 1:30 pm

Pricing

Sponsorships are $2,000 or $1,000 

Teams of 4 are $700/each
